Returns and refunds

You can return items purchased from the Purophi online shop within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Users wishing to exercise their right to withdraw from their purchase can send an email, indicating their order number and name, to: supporto@purophi.com

Customer care will provide documentation with instructions indicating the guidelines for returning the package to logistics.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and with the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the cost of the returned products within a maximum of 5 days, including any shipping costs incurred by the user.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the end customer, who can choose to ship the return with a courier of their choice.

The website will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase process. The available payment methods are: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Scalapay, and Klarna.
